Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return and full refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at SororHelp@Soror.Tech. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
We carefully inspect, test and fully charge each product. In the event that you receive a faulty item, you have 45 days from the day of purchase to exchange the item for an identical one.  If an identical product is not available and after the defective item is returned you will be given store credit in the full amount of the item minus shipping costs and fees. 

*We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards*

Items purchased under any Buy Now/Pay Later services can only receive store credit if items are returned.
